So you might be wondering a bit about me. My name is Brent Rogers and I’ve been working with various registered training organisations (RTOs) that provide the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment throughout Australia for the past two years.
My company, Inspire Education (www.inspireeducation.net.au) has provided hundreds of students a pathway to completing their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment through partnerships with various RTOs since January 2009, and I am happy to say this has given me invaluable insight into what clients want when deciding to undertake the TAA Cert IV.
Having spoken to hundreds of Learners over this time I am happy to say that I understand how important this qualification is to those that wish to undertake it. I’ve started this blog to share my knowledge with you about what is it to undertake the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and to provide the latest news to anyone who is thinking about taking the next step in their career, and undertaking the Cert IV in TAA.
